Maersk A/S, the world’s largest container shipping company, transports F-35 fighter jet components and other military equipment used by Israel in its operations in Gaza.

The European Legal Support Center (ELSC) and the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM) are filing a formal complaint with the OECD’s National Contact Point in Denmark — challenging Maersk’s role in the arms supply chain.

This is a 1–3 year legal process. It demands accountability, transparency, and an end to complicity in violations of international law.
